GF Logistikk
GF Logistikk AS is leasing a new logistics building in Oslo Airport City. A 10-year lease agreement has been signed for a modern logistics building centrally located between the World Seafood Center and the Art and Value Storage, both of which are currently under construction.
This new 6,000 m2 logistics building will be a high standard facility with BREEAM
classification and connection to district heating from Statkraft. The building is
designed with forward-looking and flexible solutions ideal for handling air freight,
technical deliveries, and terminal operations. The new building will serve as GF
Logistikk's main hub for distribution across Norway.
GF Logistikk will actively participate in the planning and construction phases, starting in August/September 2023, with planned completion set for December 2024. We intend to execute the project as a turnkey project in collaboration with Vedal Construction and Astrup & Hellern as architects, following the same model as the two logistics buildings we have under construction, totalling 70,000 m2 on neighbouring lots.
By autumn 2023 we will have 76,000 m2 of logistics space under
construction, which we believe makes us the largest private developer at
Gardermoen and in the Østlandet region. We are also working on several exciting
new establishments, engaging in discussions and negotiations for solutions and
agreements with future tenants, users, and buyers in logistics, mobility, and hotels.
