Porsche Center Gardermoen
As part of its focus on electric vehicles, Porsche is establishing a new car centre in Oslo Airport City. Importer Hans Henrik Riddervold and his company, Autozentrum Sport AS, entered into a collaboration and lease agreement with Oslo Airport City AS in May 2019. The construction on the centre was originally planned to start in autumn 2019, but due to the pandemic, we agreed to delay the start until the summer of 2021 with completion in summer/autumn 2022.
The Porsche facility marks the first establishment in the planned mobility cluster at
OAC Gardermoen. This cluster focuses on innovation and adaptation of new
sustainable electric technology. The building is centrally located along
Jessheimvegen in an area designated for trade and mobility. The design of the
building has been a close collaboration with Autozentrum, incorporating several
innovative and sustainable solutions, including district heating from Statkraft and
solar panels on the roof. The building is BREEAM-NOR certified.
– The location for nationwide distribution of new electric cars at Gardermoen is optimal.

The Mobility Cluster in OAC at Gardermoen will be a national area for an increasingly
sustainable mobility industry. The plots at Gardermoen designated for mobility
purposes belong to OAC and are located right next to Porsche. At the same time,
Møller/Stokke is building a new modern facility for Møller Mobility Group on the
other side of Jessheimvegen. Porsche Center Gardermoen was completed in August
2022 and purchased by Autozentrum/Riddervold and Fram/Tvenge.
