Developing a new special building

OAC has signed 15-year lease agreements with strong players for a new and modern art and value storage facility of approximately 15,000 m2. The building will primarily consist of high-standard logistics areas, including offices and workshops, and has been designed in close collaboration with the tenants and stakeholders. The three- storey structure will maximise space efficiency, achieving 150% utilisation, and is designed with modern and energy-efficient solutions. It will be BREEAM-NOR certified.

Following the submission of the framework application in Q1 2022, construction started in summer 2022, with planned completion scheduled for December 2023. The project is being executed as a turnkey project in collaboration with Vedal Construction and the Nordic Office of Architecture.
