Building a facility for special logistics
In August 2022, the construction of a new facility for special logistics measuring 15,000 m2 began in Oslo Airport City.
This is the third building project in the emerging airport city near Gardermoen, covering approximately one million sq. m of commercial space. The Porsche Center Gardermoen is already operational, and the construction of the world's largest seafood terminal is currently underway.
The third addition to OAC is the 15,000 m2 facility for special logistics, which will be leased entirely through long-term contracts and custom-designed to meet the tenants' specific requirements. The estimated cost of the building is NOK 300 million.
Construction started in August 2022 and the building is expected to be completed in Q4 2023.
