Oslo Airport City is seeking a Head of Finance
Oslo Airport City (OAC) is expanding its administrative team and actively seeking a Head of Finance. In this role, you will take on responsibility encompassing financial management, liquidity management and overseeing the company's project portfolio throughout all its phases.
As the Head of Finance at OAC, you will serve as a resource person for the project organisation in financial matters, contributing to the development of robust models and tools for project reporting. You will also be responsible for handling and assessing tax and tax-related enquiries.
Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to engage in various ongoing tasks within the company, including analysis, reporting and the preparation and follow-up of budgets and forecasts.
OAC is looking for candidates with a higher education background in finance, relevant experience in auditing or a similar position, and a strong foundation in finance and accounting. Experience in real estate is an advantage but not a requirement.
